Privacy statement

This website is deliberately simple. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and stores nothing about you. There is no cookie choice to make, because there is nothing to choose.

What does happen

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes technical data in order to serve the page and prevent abuse, including your IP address. We do not use that data and cannot trace it to individuals.

If you tap a WhatsApp or WeChat button you leave this site, and that service’s own terms apply.

If you email us

If you send us an email we keep it for as long as it takes to deal with your question. We do not share it, and we do not use it to contact you unprompted.

If you enrol through the form

The enrolment form asks for your name, email address, phone number (optional), your child’s name and year and month of birth, the class you are interested in, how many parents are native Chinese speakers, and a message. The form is sent by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a service that forwards it to us by email. We use these details only to handle the enrolment and to contact you about it. We keep them for as long as your child attends the school; if your child does not join, we delete them once the enrolment has been dealt with.

If you ask a question through the form

The question form asks for your name, email address, phone number (optional) and your question. It is sent the same way, by FormSubmit, to our email. We use it only to answer you, and delete it once your question has been dealt with.

Photographs of pupils

We do not publish photographs of pupils on this website without written consent from a parent or guardian. Consent can be withdrawn at any time — tell us and the photograph is removed.

Your rights

You may ask what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Use the email address at the foot of this page. You may also complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
